It all started with an iPhone on a simple gimbal. What began as a curiosity quickly grew into a full creative journey — from scrappy first edits to professional productions. Over the years I’ve expanded my toolkit and honed my craft, working on videos, photos, campaigns, events, and more.
I’ve had the privilege to create everything from explainer videos and customer stories to newsletters, event visuals, and branded campaigns — always with the same goal: turning ideas into impactful stories that stick.
At Trendship 2024, Elfsquad’s founder and CEO Jan Brolsma took the stage to share our story of growth and the importance of attracting talent beyond the Dutch borders. His presentation highlighted why working in the north of the Netherlands is not only possible but highly rewarding — and why people love being part of Elfsquad.
The event put Elfsquad in front of a broad audience of innovators and professionals, strengthening our position as both a fast-growing company and an attractive place to work.
To strengthen our recruitment efforts, I created a new “Careers” section on the Elfsquad website, explaining every step of the application journey. From concept to execution, I designed the structure, selected and styled the locations, and took and edited all supporting photos.
The result: a clear and engaging candidate experience that showcases Elfsquad’s culture and makes applying more transparent and appealing.
At Elfsquad, I take care of all portrait photography. This means I photograph every team member in a professional way, while still capturing the essence of who we are: a creative and enthusiastic team where fun and collaboration are at the core.
At Invaro, I hosted an exclusive customer event with 30 attendees. The goal was clear: invite promising leads and turn conversations into lasting partnerships. From start to finish, I arranged everything — invitations, merch, name tags, roll-up banners, drinks, and even the video and photography to capture the day.
The result? A smooth, professional event that not only strengthened relationships but also delivered real impact: 2 new customers for Elfsquad as a direct outcome.
At “Slimme technologie in de maakindustrie”, we teamed up with PDFButler and Welisa to inspire manufacturers about digital transformation. Elfsquad customer Hapert shared how they built an online sales channel with Salesforce and Elfsquad, showing the power of smart integrations in practice.
With over 30 attendees, this was a highly Elfsquad-driven event. Together with Welisa, I supported the organization by contributing creative ideas, designing email templates, arranging merch, coordinating the day’s flow, and aligning the entire team.
The result: a well-organized event that strengthened partnerships and positioned Elfsquad at the heart of the conversation around innovation in manufacturing.
At the KonfigDesign – ETO to CTO event in Sweden, hosted together with KonfigDesign and DynaMaker, we explored the shift from Engineer-to-Order to Configure-to-Order. I contributed by capturing the event through photography and fine-tuning our slide deck to ensure a clear and compelling story.
The result: a professional presence that highlighted Elfsquad’s vision while strengthening international collaboration in the manufacturing community.
On January 22, 2025, we hosted Elfsquad in Action at Spako Food Machinery in Asten. With over 30 professionals from the manufacturing industry, the day was all about innovation, insights, and collaboration.
Spako’s story made a strong impression:
Quoting time reduced from 3 hours to just 3 minutes.
Production errors brought down to 0%.
The program combined live demos of Elfsquad CPQ, a behind-the-scenes factory tour, and a networking session to exchange ideas and build connections.
I was responsible for hosting the event and making sure everything ran smoothly — from working on the slide deck and arranging catering, to preparing goodies and brochures, and managing all attendee communications (invites, confirmations, and recaps).
The result: a professional and inspiring day that strengthened relationships, generated new opportunities, and showcased the real impact of Elfsquad in practice.
As project manager for the 2023 edition of the Elfsquad Summit, I coordinated an event that brought together over 100 customers, partners, and leads from across the manufacturing industry.
I oversaw every detail to ensure a professional and impactful experience:
Managed recordings of all sessions for lasting value.
Designed all event visuals, both print and digital.
Created and scheduled email updates to keep attendees informed.
Worked on the main slide deck to support key presentations.
Arranged all merchandise and catering.
The result was a successful international gathering that strengthened relationships, showcased Elfsquad’s vision, and inspired our community to grow together.
